Tent Camper Rental Policies:

• Reservations: require a prepaid rental fee of $200.
• Payment Procedures: Balance of rental and a damage deposit of $500 are required when unit is picked up. Charges deducted from damage deposit are: interior/exterior damages, loss of equipment, LP bottle refilling ($10) and/or interior/exterior cleaning fees (bid on individual basis with minimum of $30).
• Payment Options: We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, money orders or cashier checks.
• Renter Qualifications: Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid drivers license.
• Insurance: Written proof of insurance for tow vehicle and a written policy or binder covering rental unit is required. Insurance is available for a $50 fee per rental with a $500 deductible.
• PICK UP TIME is SCHEDULED between 2 pm and 4 pm, earlier if unit is available NO EXCEPTIONS!
• RETURN TIME is not later than 10 am. NO EXCEPTIONS! Late returns are subject to a $100 late charge plus daily rental fee.
• No Saturday, Sunday or Holiday pick up or returns.
• NO SMOKING OR PETS! Any smoke or pet odors will forfeit your entire damage deposit.
• Cleaning Fee: bid on an individual basis with a minimum of $30 if camper is not returned clean.
  
  
  

   

   

   

  CANCELLATION POLICY

  Cancellations Made Prior to 30 days of rental are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days of rental, all pre-paid rental will be forfeited unless unit is re-rented for the same dates. If unit is re-rented for the same dates. If unit is re-rented, pre-paid rental will be returned less a $75 cancellation fee.
